Jazz Studies Intermediate

I have a lot of books for this area of study.

1.  Creating Jazz Bass Lines moves into intermediate material.

2.  Jazz Bass Walk and Run is a tremendous resource for learing the Jazz language.  About half of the examples in the book fall into the intermediate category.

3.   Jazz Bass Architecture and Language is also good for learing the Jazz language.  About half of the examples in the book fall into the intermediate category.

4.   A fantastic tool is the book Reading Bass Parts Vol 1.   This book includes play-long tracks with incredible players; Joe Hunt on drums, Dino Govoni on tenor, and Lionel Loueke on guitar.  Each song has two tracks, one with bass and one without bass.
